MOSCOW, Apr 13 (PRIME) -- Italian coffee producer Lavazza Group is suspending activities in Russia, according to a report published on Wednesday.
The company also said that the past financial year was unstable for the coffee business because of a sharp increase of the raw material and coffee bean prices in the wake of breaches of the supply chains. The metals, oil and gas prices also grew, which boosted the coffee prices. High inflation and a lower harvest will also contribute to the price rise in the coming financial year.
